Peppertree Studios is a business-to-business photographic memory book company focusing on significant group events where 50+ albums are desired. We sell and design custom memory books to schools, companies, sports teams and religious organizations. Our photo albums are given by companies, associations, schools to employees, members, and children as lasting fond reminders of life's camaraderie.

Books are for: sports teams year books, clubs (like band and theater) year books, company events, incentive trips; school graduations, plays and field trips; charity fund raisers, commemorative anniversary books, etc

Sales Consultants

We are hiring salespeople familiar with school booster clubs, event planners, trip organizers, convention planners, etc. for events like: school sports team's year books, school theater, field trips; charity fund raisers, corporate incentive trips, large group travels, etc.
Responsibilities include researching markets, identifying contacts, sending emails, mailing brochures and making introductory phone calls to explain our product. You will be working closely with highly experienced sales consultants. This will be a fast paced learning environment that will give you vital business experience.

Graphic Designer

Peppertree Studios is looking for part-time and full time graphic designers, who can produce beautiful work in a short period of time. Industrial art designers, who understand production, are be ideal. Designer should know how to maximize a page with faces and/or advertisements. Peppertree memory books feature groups of people with a sense of happiness and camaraderie.

Marketing Intern

Peppertree Studios, based in Newport Beach, CA, creates and publishes memory book photo albums. We are looking for creative, marketing interns to join our team and support our sales initiatives.
Duties:

• Online marketing
• Managing and updating the online social networks
• Building vertical databases
• Targeting and preparing email messaging for prospective clients
• Prepping mail outs
• Preparing and sending request for proposals and sample books
• Various clerical tasks to support sales consultants
• Interfacing with clients to obtain required material to create and publish books
• Keeping the office in order (light cleaning, etc)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 hours a week (days and times very flexible) with at least a 3-month commitment
• Must be able to stick to a schedule
• Must be a self-starter, able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be familiar with and can use common office programs such as Word and Excel
• Mac and PC proficient preferably
